Meet Eric Cleary

Eric has been an award winning sales person since 2009. He has taken part in events such as the Pan/Parapan American Games and the IIHF World Junior Championship with Hockey Canada. As an honor student at Brock University, in the Spring of 2015 Eric Cleary met Bryan Droppert and co-founded what is now one of Niagara’s largest property management companies - OrangeList.

Sharing a closet sized office and end table for a desk, they began putting their ideas together and cold calling leads until one hit. Fast forward a few years and the team has grown to 15 full time employees, while managing over 800 properties. In 2019 Eric became a licensed Realtor and began creating wealth for our Clients.
